From a mix of young and old vines the grapes were fermented on their lees and full aromas of rose petals, lychees and jasmine waft up from the glass. Initially slightly sweet on the palate but with a rich drier finish. The ultimate accompaniment to the aroma filled dishes of Thailand.

Bright yellow aromatic wine. Matured for six months in French oak and a minimum of twelve months in bottle giving the wine a luscious texture with notes of vanilla.
